To secure any booking, I take a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit is non-refundable and is applied towards the final balance of your service.
You can move your appointment once if you give at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date. Less than 48 hours notice will require a new deposit.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, the deposit will be lost. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
The remaining balance is due on completion of the service.
